Terms of Service and Public Offer

1. Who you are contracting with

AI PDF Reader ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated at reader.techbase.pro. These terms are the agreement between you and us.

Payments are collected through our payment partner, which acts as the seller of record. Its legal name appears on your receipt and on your card statement.

By purchasing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not purchase. Questions: support@techbase.pro.

2. What the Service does

The Service reads documents you upload, answers questions about them, and shows the page each answer came from.

Answers are produced by a language model. They can be wrong. Every answer carries a citation so you can check it against the source, and you are expected to do so before relying on it. The Service is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

3. What you are buying

Page packs. A pack is a one-time purchase of a stated number of pages that may be processed by the Service. Pages do not expire.

The price and the number of pages are shown on the pricing page before payment. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no subscription.

4. Delivery

Pages are added to your account after payment. Delivery is currently performed manually within one business day of the payment. If your pages have not appeared within that time, write to support@techbase.pro and we will resolve it.

Access is tied to the email address used for the purchase.

5. Refunds

If the pages you bought have not been delivered, or the Service does not work as described, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@techbase.pro.

Where pages have already been processed, a refund may be reduced in proportion to the pages used.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload documents you have no right to upload. Do not use the Service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to process material you are not permitted to process.

Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, resell access, or automate the Service outside the interfaces we provide.

7. Your documents

Documents you upload remain yours. We do not use them to train models. You can delete a document at any time, and deletion removes both the file and everything derived from it.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change or discontinue features.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
